本項(xiàng)目位于坂茂設(shè)計(jì)的展覽館附近，是一個(gè)經(jīng)過改建而成的項(xiàng)目。原有建筑建于上世紀(jì)40年代，曾用倉庫作幼兒園，溜冰鞋出租場地，兒童藝術(shù)工作室和倉庫。新的改建需要將建筑改建成為一個(gè)容納藝術(shù)教育研討會和社交活動的新建筑。

Located near the exhibition hall designed by Simao, the project is a converted project. The original building was built in the 1940s and used as a warehouse for kindergartens, skate rental space, children's art studios and warehouses. The new renovations will require the conversion of the building into a new building that houses art education seminars and social events.

改建只保留了原有的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)，一切非承重的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)被拆除，采用中性的內(nèi)飾風(fēng)格，在局部地方增設(shè)了搶眼的擴(kuò)建，祈禱畫龍點(diǎn)睛之效。原有的完成面上覆蓋熟料磚，提升熱功效。屋頂被重建，保留山墻造型，吸引過往路人。窗戶被擴(kuò)大，更多的光線進(jìn)入建筑內(nèi)部。室內(nèi)布局靈活多變。

The alterations only retained the original support structure, all non-load-bearing internal structures were removed, using a neutral interior style, adding eye-catching extensions in the local area, praying for the effect of the dragon's eye. The original finish surface is covered with clinker bricks to enhance the thermal efficiency. The roof was rebuilt to preserve the gables and attract passers-by. Windows were expanded and more light entered the interior of the building. The interior layout is flexible.
